ATT customers that use too much data are likely to find their data moving slower. ATT sent a text message to a heavy user saying, “Your data usage is among the top 5 percent of users. Data speeds for the rest of your current bill cycle may be reduced.”
ATT has not revealed how much data it takes to be in the top 5%.
